If the animal breeds, they and their offspring will be destroyed. This is all for real- and yes, they can do it. Maine can’t have gold fish. The states have already done their own limitations.

Ok I own several exotic birds from parakeets to two Quaker parrots. All my birds were hand fed babies raised in captivity and are very loving pets. My birds are no danger to anyone having been regularly held by children as young as two. I owned birds for years now starting with two parakeets when I was 17 I’m 32 now. I’ve bought larger than required cages, special foods and toys, they have free time out of the cage to fly around and socialize with my family so tell me again what am I doing wrong
