its takes time. Ur lookin at a week and a half or 2. U cant just do it directly u wanna build trust first. Give it a treat everytime u pass by it cage just drop it in his food dish and tell him in a calm voice how prettty he is or just a hello is fine. Interect anyway u can. After u see its comfrtable around u then try puttig ur hand in the cage w/ a treat and see if he will take it.
