My chihuahua dog stinks all the time, why? I give her baths, I use skin sensitive dog bath products?

She may have a superficial skin infection, or moist pyoderma. Sometimes the natural oils of the skin over react and can become rancid making that musky foul odor. If she has allergies, that may be triggering the skin and ear problems. Also, dogs with thyroid imbalances can have chronic skin problems. The dosage for benedryl for dogs is 1mg per pound of body weight. (25lb dog gets 25mg tablet). You can try benedryl at home, but you probably need antibiotics for the skin and ears. Also, daily ear cleaning will not take care of an established infection, whether it’s bacterial or yeast.
spray a dog cologne on her/him. they have some nice ones at petco.

It sounds like she may have allergies, take her to the vet, there they can give you some special medicated shampoos and also there are medications for dog with allergies…
