I have a five month old husky shepherd. We have been feeding him blue buffalo large breed puppy formula for the past 2 months and hes been doing great on it. We were going to buy a new bag but the store owner told us to get Chicken Soup for the Pet Lovers Soul Large Breed Puppy Formula as it is better for my dog. I did some research and to me they look equally healthy. Which one do you think is better for him? hes five months old right now and is 50 pounds and I want him to be a big dog? Are there any matue weight predictions you can make on him? Hes 3/4 siberian husky and 1/4 GSD. and at five months he is 50 pounds and not fat at all.

Well, I am not sure about Pet Lover’s Soul but I feed my dogs Blue Buffalo. So I recommend Blue Buffalo but I have nothing against pet lover’s Soul. It is not much different than Blue Buffalo but the important thing is – It has gotta be healthy. Which it is so.. You can switch to Pet Lover’s Soul if you want to.

Why would anyone recommend a dog lover to get a different pet? It does not make sense.
I think my relative is a sociopath because of the way she treats people. However, she says she loves animals. She just adopted two kittens even though she lives alone and works long hours. Until recently she lived with a boyfriend who refused to adopt a pet, so she pressured her parents to adopt a cat or dog and keep it at their place for her even though her parents have health problems. (They refused.) It is said that sociopaths can`t love people or animals, but is it possible she just htinks of the animals as toys?
Actually, sometimes borderline sociopaths will form close relationships with animals as a subsitute for human relationships. The major difference between humans and animals (in the untrusting eyes of a sociopath) is that humans are intelectually unpredictable and hard to control/manipulate. By owning and creating a bond with an animal, the sociopath imagines/achieves love and acceptance from another living being, solely on their own terms, putting them completely in control of the relationship. They may, over time, hoard several animals, to form more relationships in the only way that feels non-threatening to them. Sociopaths need to be in control. Full-blown sociopaths are incapable of showing love, while borderlines (which sounds like what you have described) can show affection– as long as it’s strictly on their own terms. Almost impossible to accomplish with another human…
