What is the worst "Gift" your cat has brought you inside?

My darling puss brought me a live frog this morning which I accidently stepped on YUCK!!!!
I don’t know about the worst but I know the oddest was a lily pad.
One of our cats likes to try and catch fish from our neighbours fishpond and came back with a lily pad once. I think he thought he’d caught a fish because the way he reacted when we tried to take it off him and put it in the bin was a bit over the top.
Although my mum did think it was a fish at first as she screamed when he brought it in which caused me to come running down the stairs to see what was happening and then burst out laughing when I told my mum it was a lily pad not a dead fish. lol.
My cat -Taz- once brought home a live pigeon, and then let it go inside. It took us hours to catch the thing, and my cat spent the whole time sitting watching us looking as proud as punch. He also brings in mice, frogs, crickets and spiders on a regular basis, thankfully they are usually still alive.

As I loathe catepillars, the worst gift was a hawkmoth catepillar which my kitten deposited on me. Yuck. We have also had frogs, mice, birds, moles and rabbits. And slugs… Slugs are bad.

When Penne was younger and the only cat in the house, she decided to present me with a headless mouse that she laid on the bathroom floor. Now I have M.E and FMS and my mornings are not the best time for me, so in my usual haze I got up and headed, BAREFOOT to the bathroom…needless to say you can imagine the rest and now I always wear slippers and my glasses before I leave the sancutry of my bedroom.
