That’s a good point. people are the worst when it comes to creating problems for the environment and for the worlds animals. I think it is important though as people we should be taking care of the world we have been blessed with rather than destroying it. this is easier said than done however,but I believe we can all do our parts.

Its cool. I’m a reptile person myself (eryx is actually the genus name for certian sandboas). Its like when you look at videos on here with kingsnakes eating birds. People are making comments like “I wish the snake was dead instead!”. Its nature- predators and prey have been around for MILLIONS of years-deal with it people! I do see your point on domesticated, non native species killing native species. But if you want to look at it that way, then the ENTIRE human species needs to be eradicated!

to be trully honest with you I would never really do that to a cat or any animal. I love all animals too much. I was just venting frustration as I am more passionate about reptiles than anything else and when I see them being killed for no reason it angers me no end. the problem is that we have cats running wild in the bush and all our natives suffer for it. snakes trully dont do any harm unless people provoke them so in my book they deserve to live just as anything does
