Would you like to have a common raven as your pet bird?
Thank you for your answers!!!

i’d love to have anything like that…say,
a crow, raven, or vulture….or a turkey vulture if u know wat im talking about

I’m needing to buy a fish for my mate tommorow as a birthday present! And just wondering how much a goldfish or a pet fish costs without the bowl or what ever :)

Also, if you have bought a fish, do you get it in a plastic ag or something?!!

Cheers if you can help

Common gold fish usually cost about a dollar or so, but they should be kept in a large filtered aquarium and not a bowl. If you want a fish with an inexpensive startup cost, I would recommend a betta. Make sure you get a bowl that has at least a gallon capacity. Depending on what kind of bowl you get, (you can even find mini aquariums for a good price) you’ll probably spend between $15 – $30 US. And yes, pet stores will usually put the fish in a plastic bag for you to carry home. However, with bettas, some will sell them in a plastic cup with a lid. The cups they come in are way too small and should not be used as a permanant home for your mate’s new fishie. Good luck, hope I helped. ;)

NO.
she has an ALPACA, and a Coati Mundi.

I was thinking about getting a pet bird, i don’t really mind cleaning a cage daily or anything.
I would only get one, i dunno if theres any birds which prefer company like girbals do, but yeah just one.

If you have never owned a bird or parrot you should make sure to do your research on cage size, feeding and other care

many people are often surprised by the loyalty, intelligence and playfulness a bird has.
The bigger parrots need almost daily care and company. But as some people suggested a cockatiel is a wonderful first bird.

Many people see the cockatiel as something that can’t be touched and to leave alone all day with another cockatiel.
But a hand fed cockatiel that is properly socialized wants to be by your side as much as any dog :)

please research any bird before buying. Also remember each bird has its own personality so be sure to handle the bird and get to see it before you buy. :)

To see how great cokatiels are, YouTube.com has wondeful videos of cockatiels with their owners.

How long can they go w/o FOOD?
It’s a goldfish 2+ years old about 3 inches long.

completely depends on the kind of fish (as well as their size) – some: a few days, others can go for weeks without food. What kind of fish do you have? how large is it?

ADD ON:
A full sized goldfish can go up to 2 weeks without food. However, at 3" long it’s still a juvie (they can grow to a good 12" or so unless your tank size is restricting his growth at which point he’ll just be stunted then die when he can’t grow anymore) so I wouldn’t go more than 5 days without food at that size.

TIP:
If you’re going away it’s good to prepare them by slowing down their metabolism. Goldfish should be fed once per day so once he is on just one feeding per day – prepare him by feeding every other day. That’ll slow down his metabolism and make him store more food in his system.

If you had a horse that looked like this what would you call it?

!~NO RUDE ANSWERS~!

Horsey.

Or Brownie.

Are they trying to tell me something?

*cries and snuggles with cat*

Now you have my attention, what is this "Farmville" and how do I get people to send cats to me, they of course would have to be alive when they arrive as my Chef refuses to have anything to do with frozen cat. With the economy the way it is we are constantly looking for ways to make the "Golden Noodle" turn a profit, we have even resorted to hand writing fortunes and super gluing the broken fortune cookies back together.

Hi
I have a five month old husky shepherd. We have been feeding him blue buffalo large breed puppy formula for the past 2 months and hes been doing great on it. We were going to buy a new bag but the store owner told us to get Chicken Soup for the Pet Lovers Soul Large Breed Puppy Formula as it is better for my dog. I did some research and to me they look equally healthy. Which one do you think is better for him? hes five months old right now and is 50 pounds and I want him to be a big dog? Are there any matue weight predictions you can make on him? Hes 3/4 siberian husky and 1/4 GSD. and at five months he is 50 pounds and not fat at all.
Thanks

Well, I am not sure about Pet Lover’s Soul but I feed my dogs Blue Buffalo. So I recommend Blue Buffalo but I have nothing against pet lover’s Soul. It is not much different than Blue Buffalo but the important thing is – It has gotta be healthy. Which it is so.. You can switch to Pet Lover’s Soul if you want to.

pet birds for new owners, such as cockatiels, macaws, amazons or certain species of parrots, are discussed in this free video .
