I was horse riding today and I started petting the horse while I was stopped, and the instructer said you should never do that.
is it true?

No your instructor is incorrect. It is perfectly ok to pet a horse while riding.

this holiday i was planning on getting a present for my friend….she does not know she is gettting a dog…she will be…should i get her something for the doggy? thanks a bundle
sorrry for not making it more clear….she does want a dog…has been wanting one for like ever….and this holidya i dont know what to get her…and it stink i dont know what type of dog or anything..i better call the person whos giving the doggy to her…to be surea
also also also sorry again but i forgot……my other friend( thoe one giving her the doggy) is taking us to the shelter…so she will know then what kinda doggy but i just dont know yetums

Pets should never be given as gifts. An animal is a big responsibility and the person getting the dog needs to be actively involved in the decision. Your friend may not really want a dog or maybe now, right before the holidays, is not the right time for your friend to bring a dog into the home. Honestly, I am looking to get a dog in the next few months and, since I will be the one who has to take care of it, I really don’t want someone just picking it out for me. I assume your friend may feel the same way.

Why don’t you offer to take your freind to the local animal shelter and let her pick out a pet if she wants one? You can pay the adoption fee as a gift. You would not believe all the beautiful dogs and puppies that need homes that are available right at your local shelter!

I will be gone for quite awhile and my friend is offering to come over daily to take care of my two kitties while I am away. She says she dosnt need payment or anything and is happy to do it, but I feel like I should do something for her, she is also taking me to the airport and picking me up! Of course I will pay for gas, but what else??

treating her out to a dinner and some money for gas if she has to drive a bit to get to your home would be acceptable if I were in her situation. Also, if she has a pet maybe you can switch off w/ her if she goes on a trip and care for the fuzzballs.

and her ears always are waxy and dirty, so I clean them daily, what else can I do to fix her problem?

She may have a superficial skin infection, or moist pyoderma. Sometimes the natural oils of the skin over react and can become rancid making that musky foul odor. If she has allergies, that may be triggering the skin and ear problems. Also, dogs with thyroid imbalances can have chronic skin problems. The dosage for benedryl for dogs is 1mg per pound of body weight. (25lb dog gets 25mg tablet). You can try benedryl at home, but you probably need antibiotics for the skin and ears. Also, daily ear cleaning will not take care of an established infection, whether it’s bacterial or yeast.

All you PETA, tree hugging people save your breath. I know you dont think that monkeys make good pets, and that im a terrible person…………I dont care. So if there is anyone out there who would like to inform a genuine pet lover to where I can get a monkey then it would be greatly appreciated.
I know there is a difference between tree huggers and peta. Also, for the person who said it was illegal….it isnt. I want you to find me one United States legal document stating the illegality of owing a monkey. Like I said save your elaborate funding of terrorist group babble. I am a pet lover who has done extensive research on the matter. I also have 3 vets in my area that can give proper care to a primate. I was needing "HELP" not persecution. If anyone can provide me with a link to a rescue group or a site to where this can be made acheivable. Also, I am aware of the permit guidelines in my state, an extensive home inspection is required.

what is the easiest pet fish to have?

what do they need?

All fish require the same type of care. It depends only on the size of the tank. Buy a kit with heater, filter and lighted hood and have some fun deciding what type of fish you like most.

I am wanting to make those gourmet dog treats for my dog for christmas. The ones you can get at those dog gift shops, that have "frosting" on them, and sometimes even smell like gingerbread. He loves these, and I thought I would make them myself to save money.

So if anyone has a recipe, I would appreciate it!

of course! i dont know any website with that exact recipe, but here is some websites with tons of recipes to make for your pet:

No, not ever, unless you’re willing to keep it when the giftee gets tired of taking care of a being s/he never asked to take care of.

Need a pee pee deterrent, and an excellent odor remover. Both are for use on area rugs.
